What happens if the flight is cancelled?
If the weather makes a flight impossible, the appointment will be rescheduled for free or the voucher remains valid. For online date bookings, we refund the €49 deposit if no safe flight or replacement date is possible due to weather.
Are there price discounts?
We offer fair flat rates for everyone. Groups of 4 or more can contact us for an individual offer.
How long is the voucher valid?
Our vouchers are valid for a full 3 years, offering maximum flexibility in choosing a date.
Are photos and videos included?
Professional photo and video documentation can be added for €35 with the pilot on site. You can also bring your own smartphone with a secure wrist strap.
